Kemp Propulsion Systems supply marine steering systems from Hypac. Steering systems can be supplied for vessels all over Australia, New Zealand and the World.

Hypac also designs and manufactures hydraulic steering systems as used by some of Australia’s largest aluminium shipyards.

Tailor made to suit the vessel and meet the demands of operators and class societies for safe and efficient operation, Hypac hydraulic steering systems are designed and built to the highest standards to ensure long-term reliability under all conditions.

To complement our wider range of marine equipment, Hypac offers electro-hydraulic power units, specifically designed and built to suit our anchor windlasses and winches.

We also offer a range of central hydraulic power units suitable for operating a wide variety of deck equipment, and all designed and constructed to minimise noise and the need for maintenance.

Select from a capacity range of 12 to 500 litres, with options including single or dual pumps, electric motor frame sizes, 1.5 to 300 kW with level, temperature and pressure switches, heat exchangers, DOL starters, hose assemblies, anti-vibration mounts and much more.
